Matt Noonan - RS XXII

Matt joined the Rim Stinger fraternity in 2009 at Carlyon Bay and has been ever present since.  A strong debut which he has struggled to live up to (perhaps his card was marked by the Handicap Committee?).  In 2011, he faced his greatest challenge when he managed to "do his back in" on the practice range.  Now, the Rim Stinger doesn't have a policy on range practice, but let's just say that for the great majority, the Rim Stinger represents the only outing of the year for their clubs and a warm-up comprises a couple of beers for lunch and some blistering air shots on the first tee.  So, sympathy was in short supply for Matt, and he has since been advised not to pick up a golf club for 6-8 weeks.  Advice most Rim Stingers apply for 50-51 weeks.
