The headlines are as follows:
- J Lourtie won the Rim Stinger for a second time, 1.5 decades after his win in the inaugural competition in 2004. He joins R Jones, V Holmes, P Henderson and R Aylmer as a two-time champion. He continues the link between getting married and achieving Rim Stinger success (not that this was listed as a reason when he went down on one knee).
- S Olliver won the RS Money Challenge at just the second attempt.
- A Henderson broke his own record to win the pairs for the 7th (seventh) time out of 13 events. An extraordinary success rate and a significant oversight from the Handicap Committee.
- P Henderson picked up the par 3 challenge for the first time and J Stewart picked up the par 5 challenge for the first time.
- A Henderson posted the highest average score of the weekend (25.3). R Aylmer posted the lowest average (12.7) assisted by an outlying sandbagged six points in the pairs round. That six points was the lowest score of the weekend.
- S Olliver posted the highest score of the weekend for his money win and was also the only player to reach 30 during the weekend.
- C Holmden’s picked up his maiden bag o’shite award . His weekend wasn't all bad as he won half of the weekend’s LD/NTP competitions.
- J Willson increased his own record of attendances before winning a Rim Stinger from 10 to 11.
